At WP Hockey Predictor, we want every fan to have a great experience. Our passes are designed to give you access to premium NHL picks, daily articles, and a clean, distraction-free prediction tool — no banner ads, no pop-ups, just pure hockey analytics. Here’s how we handle refunds fairly and transparently.

This policy applies to purchases made on our website. For purchases made through the iOS app, please see the iOS In-App Purchases section below.

The Ground Rules

Important: WP Hockey Predictor is a probability-based prediction tool, not a crystal ball. Our win probabilities are generated using advanced analytics (Corsi, expected goals, goalie performance, and more), but no model can guarantee the outcome of any NHL game. Refunds are not issued based on the accuracy of any prediction or pick. Hockey is unpredictable — that’s what makes it great.

Day passes are one-time payments. Monthly plans (Monthly Pass and Picks Monthly) are auto-renewing subscriptions that you can cancel anytime from your Stripe account.

Unlimited predictions, ad-free experience, and goalscorer picks until 3:00 AM ET. One-time payment.

Monthly Pass ($9.99 CAD/month)

Unlimited predictions, ad-free experience, and daily articles via email. Auto-renews monthly.

Picks Day ($4.99 CAD)

Everything in Day Pass plus all WP Auto Picks for the day and optional email alerts, until 3:00 AM ET. One-time payment.

Picks Monthly ($14.99 CAD/month)

Everything in Monthly Pass plus all WP Auto Picks daily, optional email alerts, and daily articles via email. Auto-renews monthly.

iOS In-App Purchases

If you purchased a pass through the WP Hockey Predictor iOS app, your payment was processed by Apple, not by us directly. The following applies:

Note: Your account and pass access are shared between the website and iOS app. If you receive a refund from Apple, your pass access will be revoked on both platforms.

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or experienced any other billing error, we will always make it right. Reach out and we’ll correct the issue promptly — no overtime needed on this one.
