Preview for Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Schedule and player information can change.
Los Angeles Kings at Colorado Avalanche
Starting-goalie confirmation for this matchup between the Los Angeles Kings and the Colorado Avalanche is not available in this preview, which limits how closely the crease matchup can be assessed ahead of puck drop.
On the injury front, the Kings have Corey Perry and Joel Edmundson listed as Day-To-Day, while Kevin Fiala is listed on IR. For Colorado, Logan O'Connor and Zachary L'Heureux are listed on IR, and Taylor Makar is listed IR-NR. These are simply the reported statuses for each player and do not speak to how either lineup will actually be assembled for this game.
With no goalie confirmation and no team-level offensive or possession figures available in the facts, there isn't enough statistical material here to weigh one side's numbers against the other for this contest.
